Once a campaign is submitted for approval it can take up to 72 hours for it to be verified and approved.

Spark accepts any project that possesses Islamic values or contributes to the Ummah somehow. The projects should also not contain any forms of promiscuity (kissing, touching, etc.) and should not contain any vulgar language (swearing, etc.). The actors should also be dressed decently, and the creative piece should not contain visible use of alcohol, drugs, or smoking. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for more details.

To begin, click on “Start a Spark Project” to begin a campaign. Spark campaigns are centered around a specific project that an individual is interested in having community-funded.

If your Campaign was not approved, it most likely did not follow our community guidelines or terms and conditions. Please review and edit your project, and then you may resubmit it. Please contact our customer support if your issues persist.

Crowdfunding is raising funds for a project through donations received from the community.

If you have yet to receive your payment, the common reason is that it has yet to be reflected in your bank account. Different banks and countries have different regulations for how long payments take to process. Please contact your bank to determine how many days it takes to receive a payment transfer. We only distribute funds for campaigns that have reached their target goal. Users can submit a request to receive the funds donated to their campaign from the Withdraw section in the Fund Manager once their campaign has reached or exceeded the target funding goal.
