“Borderline” is a memoir detailing my lifelong struggles with mental health, which ultimately led to years of self-injury and a failed suicide attempt. It is the story of how I became aware of the demons within me as I sought to break continuous patterns of generational trauma. As I battled with my inner self over the last several years, I have finally rediscovered my identity as a daughter, wife, mother, and devout Muslim.
