A Melbourne Jiu-Jitsu academy, that opened only two months before the city went in one of the worlds longest lockdowns, take a leap of faith into the unknown despite the uncertainty the recent past fostered in them.
The Academy is owned and run by Burak Sarman, a 17 times national jiu-jitsu champion and 12 times Pacific champion who has his eyes set on the world title.
