Solar Plate Etching of an illustration I created based on my dreams.
Message from Creative
Solar Plate Etching of an illustration I created based on my dreams. I kept a dream diary and created illustrations from them using watercolours and ink. I then transferred the illustration onto a Solar Plate under UV light and hardened the plate, ready for inking. I decided to use the scrim to create textures into the sky with the ink and once ready, I put the plate under an etching press with damp paper.
