A Momentary Pause is my small business. My ethos, when I first developed the business was simple – use the power of words and incorporate it into elegant, minimal, faith-inspired designs. I developed the first collection: The Dictionary of Life in 2017. The basis was to define common terms in the Arabic language that Muslims often love to use, word such as patience (sabr), unity (wihda), tawakkul (trust in Allah). I made them available as prints and phone cases. Although now a popular design to follow, I believe my concept was one of the first.
