Everyone deals with grief differently and each one’s path is right. This was my journey after losing my mother. It has been an extremely difficult time and I am still on the roller coaster of grief.
Message from Creative
I have written a collection of reflections and poetry that describe my thoughts and experiences after the death of my mother in 2019. I struggled to cope with my life during this period in her absence and still do to this day. Losing a mother even as an adult is a major shock that one cannot prepare for. Through reading this book, I hope others will know that its ok to struggle and they are not alone in their grief.
